About
Fresh is a portfolio show presented by Portland State University Graphic Design graduating students. The Fresh class is equally an opportunity for senior students to gain experience working collaboratively to build a brand identity for the event, as it is to demonstrate the culmination of their best work throughout their alma mater.
In an effort to capture the experimental and multifaceted talent of the group, we created an ethereal, fluid brand identity. We highlighted our varied talents through prismatic photography, rippled typography and a soft color palette. Using this visual language, we wanted to encourage viewers to contemplate the myriad perspectives on display and to embrace the magic of being open to new ideas–to view everything as an opportunity to grow.
